Product Description
This product is an anticholinesterase agent with relatively weak cholinesterase‑inhibiting activity. It can cross the blood–brain barrier, resulting in pronounced effects on the central nervous system. It restores impaired neuromuscular transmission and improves paralysis associated with various peripheral neuromuscular disorders. With a broad therapeutic spectrum, low toxicity, and good patient tolerability, it is clinically indicated primarily for the treatment of post‑poliomyelitis sequelae, muscular atrophy, and myasthenia gravis. It may also be used for cerebral palsy in children, traumatic sensorimotor deficits, polyneuritis, and radiculitis.
